Who we are
This site is run by Thought Spark AI LLC, based in Portland, Oregon. Questions about this policy or your information go to hello@thoughtsparkai.com.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, company name, and website address when you fill in a form: newsletter signup, contact, the AI Search Visibility check, our calculators, workshop registration, or a purchase.
- Payment details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Standard server logs and page views on our own site: the pages you visit, the page that referred you, and the campaign parameters in the link you arrived on.
Cookies and tracking
- Two first-party cookies, each kept for 90 days, remember the campaign parameters in the link you arrived on and, if a partner referred you, which partner it was. The CAC calculator saves your unfinished inputs in your browser's session storage.
- We use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads.
- The YouTube player loads only after you click play; the preview image is served by YouTube, so Google sees the request for it when the page loads. Once you click play, YouTube's privacy policy applies.
How we use it
- To deliver what you asked for: a report, a download, or a booking.
- To send the emails you signed up for.
- To answer you when you write to us.
- To see which pages work.
Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and we honor it.
Who we share it with
We share your information with the service providers that run the site and our email for us: Vercel for hosting, Supabase for our database, Resend for email, Stripe for payments, and Meta for ad measurement. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep contact records while we have a business relationship with you or you remain subscribed, and we delete them when you ask.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
