What we sell
- Spark Engine: a one-time Launch Build fee, then a monthly subscription for the Engine.
- SPARK Sprint: a fixed-fee, two-week engagement.
- Quick Wins: fixed-price builds from our offers catalog.
- Money Model Audit: a fixed-price $495 audit with a written blueprint and a 45-minute review call, or the $295 written-only Audit Lite.
- The Fortunes playbook: a digital download, delivered as a PDF with an MP3 audiobook edition included.
Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on the page for each service. Subscriptions bill monthly through Stripe until you pause or cancel.
Pausing and cancelling
You can pause or cancel Spark Engine at any time by emailing hello@thoughtsparkai.com, effective from the current billing month, and a paused month isn't billed. Work already delivered is not refunded, except as stated under Refunds below.
Refunds
- Spark Engine: Any month you get fewer than 4 videos, 2 live sequences, or 2 new AI-search articles, that month is free. Not happy within the first 14 days of the Engine? We refund your first Engine month, and you keep everything we made.
- Digital downloads: if the file did not deliver, email us within 14 days and we refund you. The Fortunes playbook also carries its own promise from its product page: email us within 7 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
- SPARK Sprint and Quick Wins builds: we refund any work that has not started when you ask in writing.
- Money Model Audit: If the review call does not give you at least one specific change to make to your numbers, tell us and we refund the audit in full.
