How it works

  1. 1.You book the sprint and pick a kickoff slot. Already have a SPARK Score? We start from it. If not, you take the 3-minute quiz first.
  2. 2.Week 1: the working session. We map your five dimensions to the actual workflows losing you hours, and pick the included Quick Win build together.
  3. 3.Week 2: I deliver the roadmap and ship your included build.
  4. 4.Roadmap delivery call: we walk the plan. If you want help executing it, every dollar of the sprint credits toward that work.

The sprint fee credits forward

The full $2,500 credits toward any implementation package or a first retainer quarter started within 60 days of roadmap delivery. Keep going and the sprint is effectively free. Stop here and you still have the plan and a working automation. On the 2-pay plan, $2,500 of the $2,750 total credits the same way: the $250 difference between the two plans is a financing cost for splitting the payment, and it does not credit.

I already took the SPARK quiz. Does that matter?

Yes, in a good way: the sprint starts from your existing score and dimension breakdown, so the working session goes straight to the workflows behind your numbers.

What counts as the included Quick Win build?

Any starter-tier build from the Quick Wins catalog (lead intake, document parsing, calendar integration, and the rest). Audit-only entries in the catalog are not build tiers and are not included. We pick your build together in the working session so it lands on your roadmap's first move.

Can I split the payment?

Yes. Two payments of $1,375 ($2,750 total): the first at checkout, the second invoiced when your roadmap is delivered. Paying in full is $2,500 flat, so the single payment saves you $250.

Is this the free debrief?

No. The debrief is a free 25-minute walk-through of your score. The sprint is the paid engagement that produces the roadmap and ships a build.

What happens after the sprint?

Most clients pick something from the roadmap for me to implement, and the sprint fee credits toward that work. Some run the plan with their own team. Both are fine outcomes; the roadmap is written to survive either.
